My Mission
Body of Knowledge offers Pilates and Yamuna Body Rolling based movement education across Canada and internationally through virtual training, as well as in-person private and group classes in Toronto, Ontario.
Movement is as essential for life as water and food. When we stop moving, we suffer not just a loss of muscle tone, but of cognitive functions as well. In order to age well, we need to remain active with a supple spine, good posture and balanced muscle strength.
It is my mission to help my clients feel better in their bodies for longer, so they can keep doing the things they love. This means nourishing the body with essential movement so you remain strong, flexible and confident. Movement that feels good while also challenging; educates for optimal outcomes; and feels like a reward itself.
I teach my clients to have the body of knowledge they need to address aches and pains on their own. To stretch after gardening, or unwind hours of poor desk posture with the Cat series. Traps knotted up? Grab those tennis balls. I’m here to support and encourage and help you continue to age well.
